Ellie - KimiKit Handcrafted Sewing Kit
KimiKit makes an ideal travel kit.
The Ellie KimiKit is created from a length of black fabric with white horizontal stripe as the base with a white pinstriped breast. The owl eyes are brilliant teal blue. While each of the remnant cloths is finite, the generic stripes enable both a uniformity and a dynamic process, imparting each kit with its own unique character. Therefore, whilst all kits conform to the prototype style, they are less likely to be identical in appearance. Each handmade Ellie design comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Each kit is stocked with 62 necessary sewing items, it’s compact and lightweight, weighing less than 100 grams, making them the perfect travel kit.
This handcrafted sewing kit was successfully launched from our first Kickstarter campaign. It is an authentic zero-waste product and is ethically constructed from reclaimed and disused textiles and handcrafted in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Read more here.
